Summer 2020 was certainly different but still an amazing season. We are now accepting applications for 2021 Summer Staff. If you love Jesus and want to share your experience with children, teens, and families, we'd love to have you as part of the Camp Akita Summer Staff team!

Check-in and return for all summer camp sessions is at First Community Church, North Campus, near Hilliard, Ohio ( 3777 Dublin Rd, 43221 ). Check-in is on the first day of each camp session; return is on the last day.
We do not want cost to prevent campers from attending Camp Akita. We are pleased to offer financial assistance to families who would otherwise be unable to attend. Akita Backcountry. For those who love the outdoors, Akita Backcountry is your chance to come face-to-face with the wonders of nature. Sleep in platform tents in the woods beyond main camp while learning specialized skills such as archery, hiking, Dutch oven cooking, outdoor survival, and canoeing. (Available for grades 6–12 & grads.)
