How does the Royal Hospital School use my school portal?

The Royal Hospital School uses My School Portal to provide a one-stop dashboard and single sign on to access emails, sports fixtures and results, news, videos and picture galleries, pupil information, a parent directory and links to other relevant documents and policies. The School uses an email-based communication system called RHS POST.

What information does the student and parent portal provide?

Our school utilises the Student and Parent Portal to provide both parents and students discreet information about each student's progress in our school. The portal can be used to track student absence, performance data, reports as well as making bookings for Parent Teacher Evening.

When can parents access the RHS Parent Portal?

Parents will be able to access the RHS Parent Portal in January 2019. The School uses an email-based communication system called RHS POST. The system enables us to communicate quickly and efficiently via email and, in emergency, by text message.

How can I get help with the parent portal?

As we progress this initiative, we know that the Parent Portal will become more and more significant in your day to day management of your child's enrolment at our school. Should you experience difficulties please do not hesitate to contact Matthew Saville at school on 96271484 for assistance.
