Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet School Hours: 9:45am - 4:15pm. Arrival: Parent Drop Off: 9:30am. Dismissal: Parent Pick-Up: 4:15pm - 4:25pm.

What if a student will not be returning to Capitol Hill School?
