How to determine eligibility for a child to enroll in school?

To determine your child's eligibility to enrol our school requires documents to establish the child’s address. Generally, acceptable documents show the full name of the parent and address of the parent or carer with whom the child lives.

What is distance education?

Distance education is an equity program for students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school. Students must meet one of the conditions in the Distance Education Enrolment Procedures to be eligible to access this program as a full-time student.

The New Aspen Parent Portal

Chicago Public Schools is excited to announce that starting April 22nd, 2019, Parent Portal will be replaced with a new system called Aspen. Aspen will provide the same capabilities of the old Parent Portal while adding new features including Graduation Requirements, Student Fees and a new, easy-to-use mobile interface.
