What ages does Central Carolina gymnastics offer?

We offer professionally tailored and directed programs for boys and girls ages 12 months to 18 years and at every ability level. Central Carolina Gymnastics has two locations. Our Lexington location is an 8,000 sq foot facility that opened its doors in 1992. Our 24,000 sq foot Salisbury location was added in August, 2018.

Carolina Stars is a family owned gymnastics facility located in Fort Mill, SC. Paul and Alisha relocated to the south with a dream of building a strong, community based, family oriented gym. That dream began in 2001 and has lead to the building of a brand new, state of the art facility.

Thomas Gymnastics at the Beach is one of the most established gymnastics programs in SC. We have won numerous awards such as SC Gymnastics Club of the Year, Myrtle Beach's Most Happening Gymnastics Program, producing Individual and Team State Champions every year, and producing National Qualifiers to the Junior Olympic National Competition Level! We are a family owned and operated program and we would love to have your gymnasts and cheerleaders come be a part of the Thomas Gymnastics Experience!

Celebrate your child's birthday party with lots of fun gymnastics obstacle courses! We will make it a special time for your child! The first hour includes gymnastics, wipe-out style obstacle course, parachute play, trampoline, monkey ropes, and games. The last half hour is party time serving cake, other foods, and refreshments.
