How do I sign in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

You will then enter your username and password to sign in to PowerSchool. Below is CCSD's district code for PowerSchool. On the Sign In screen, enter your PowerSchool Parent Portal username and password, and then tap Go. Call your child's school for more assistance.

Are current grades available in the parent portal?

Please note that although current grades are accessible, there will be a lapse to allow teachers time to grade assignments and enter the information. The Parent Portal’s email capability allows for automated communication between school and home, as well as providing a means of emailing teachers.

How do I Register my child at Central Consolidated Schools?

Registration at Central Consolidated Schools is ongoing at CCSD’s Data Department in Shiprock. The process is the same for all areas: Kirtland, Naschitti, Newcomb, Ojo Amarillo, and Shiprock. Registration of new students can be completed by calling (505) 368-2463 to schedule an appointment.
