Central College offers parent access to student records through a parent portal. Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), parents must be given access to the portal by their student.
Central State University is on the semester system. The academic year is divided into two semesters (fall and spring) and accelerated summer sessions. Registration is open to all newly admitted and continuing students in good standing. The semester class schedule is available online.
The computing and networking facilities of Central State University are provided to support instruction, research, public service and other intellectual pursuits by students, faculty, and staff.
Authorization must come directly from the student due to the student’s rights under FERPA. You may send a request for access to your student at any time. Please discuss your request with your student prior to requesting access.

Central Connecticut State University has transitioned to the eBill / ePayment vendor, TouchNet.
When bills are ready for viewing, students receive e-mail notifications in their official CCSU e-mail, the My.ccsu.edu email account. A link in the e-mail takes students to CentralPipeline. Students may also access the eBill by logging directly into WebCentral-Banner Web using their CCSU email address and password.
Paper bills are not sent. You will be accountable for timely response to University e-correspondence. Your My.ccsu.edu email account is your official University email address . It is the student's responsibility to receive and respond to university correspondence sent to this address, please review CCSU's Student E-Communication Policy .
