Sixth Form Admissions 2022

The application process for admission in September 2022 will open on 17 November 2021 when we will be hosting an Open Evening event at the school. These events are now fully booked however lots of information, including subject-specific resources, will be made available online. For further details please see the Sixth Form Admissions page.

Sixth Form Admissions 2021

With students having received GCSE results today it is likely that we will have a few additional places available to join our Sixth Form in September 2021. Should a student wish to be considered then please complete the Google Form by 10am on Friday 13th August.

Friends of DCGS Grand Christmas Draw

Adverse weather notice

The school is closed today due to the challenging weather conditions and concerns about the safety of students, staff and parents alike. Work will be set via Google Classroom, so students should check for this work and complete it accordingly.

Variation to normal opening

As a result of the adverse weather conditions we are altering our usual patterns today. School will be open, but with a later start to allow staff and students more travel time. Registration will be at 0940. Lessons will run with a shortened Period 1 and 2 then as normal from break. Students should go straight to their form rooms when they arrive.
