Authorized Users can access their student's bills through TouchNet. If you have not yet accessed your TouchNet account, your student must set you up as an Authorized User (see directions below). Does Champlain College charge for tuition?

When students register for any class at Champlain College or receive any service from Champlain, they accept full responsibility to pay all tuition, fees, and other associated costs assessed as a result of registration and/or receipt of services. The student further agrees that their registration and acceptance of associated terms constitutes a promissory note agreement in which Champlain is providing educational services, deferring some or all of the payment obligation for those services, and they promise to pay for all assessed tuition, fees and other associated costs by the published or assigned due date.

International Authorized Users can access their student's bills through TouchNet. If you have not been set up, your student must first set you up as an Authorized User (please see directions under "Authorized Users"). Once they do this, you will receive an email from the TouchNet system notifying you that you have been set up as an Authorized User.

How long does it take to change state at Champlain College?

At Champlain College Online, our policy is to ask students to confirm the state in which they are located at the time of their enrollment, and if they move while enrolled in a program, to ask students to notify us of a change of state with 30 days. A student's location may be different from their state of residence. Location information is required in order to be compliant with federal distance learning regulations. This information is stored in our CRM, and will be provided to the US Department of Education within 30 days of a written request from the Secretary.
