Note: If you live outside the Charter Oak Unified School District boundaries, please complete an Inter-District Transfer before proceeding through the Online Enrollment (AIR) process. Parents and guardians will have real-time access to view their student's attendance, class assignments, grades, transcripts, class schedules, testing data, contact information, and immunization records. Note that the transcripts available on Parent Portal are not official. Contact the school registrar for official transcripts.

How do I make an intra-district request for my child?

Parents should fill out and submit an intra-district request form at the school site where they want their child to attend next year. The receiving school site will evaluate whether or not there is space available for intra-district applicants and will notify you if they are able to accommodate your request for the upcoming school year.

What information is collected when you enroll in school?

Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the school-site is electronically notified that you have completed the online enrollment process and they will be ready to take your required documents when you stop by their office.
