What happens when your child's school account is approved?

Once your account is approved, you will automatically have access to information on all children to whom you are linked in the registration information. Once you have submitted your account request, it will be reviewed by district personnel.

Online School Payments lets you make secure online payments for school fees for a variety of products and services. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some fees have been waived for the 2020-21 school year. Not required this year are HCPS fees for laptops, information access and retrieval, P.E. and science.

Who creates student accounts?

Accounts are created and maintained by the student. It is at the student's discretion to select the information that will be available to each individual user. The student may also change or remove access at any time.

What is a guest user account?

Students can create an online Guest User account for parents, guardians, and third parties granting access to their student financial and academic information. Access may include student account balances, class schedule, financial aid, and application status.

Can a student change guest user access?

Only the student can authorize or change Guest User access

Can a student change parent access to their information?

The student can change parent or guardian access to their information at any time. Only the student may authorize access, not the university. Check Guest User email notifications for access authorized.
