The St Edward’s Parent Portal provides secure online access to specific data relating to your son or daughter, giving you the ability to view: New parents will receive an activation email on the first day of School at either St Edward’s Prep School or St Edward’s Senior and Sixth Form.

At Cheltenham High School, teachers primarily use the learning management system Canvas. Cedarbrook and Elkins Park teachers use primarily Google Classroom and/or maintain a Google Site. K-4 teachers may use Google Sites and/or email and other mobile apps. Please ask your child's teacher which tool they plan to use.

Cheltenham School District uses PowerSchool as its student information system. Only parents/guardians of fifth through 12th grade students need to access PowerSchool. Families with students in grade kindergarten through fourth do not need access to PowerSchool.
