What is the parent portal and how do I login?

The Parent Portal is a great way to keep up to date with the latest activities at the school as well as: Booking Parent-Teacher interviews. Downloading your child's current and previous report cards. What is the St Edward’S Parent Portal?

The St Edward’s Parent Portal provides secure online access to specific data relating to your son or daughter, giving you the ability to view: New parents will receive an activation email on the first day of School at either St Edward’s Prep School or St Edward’s Senior and Sixth Form.

How do I find out my child's class availability?

Class times and availability can be viewed via our Parent Portal, you do not need to create an account to view this information but you will need to create an account prior to booking. If you child is a competitive squad athlete further information regarding the program and its requirements can be found under the Squad Parent Information link

What is the CGHS student portal?

Cheltenham School District teachers are provided with several technology tools to use for communicating assignments and delivering classroom content with students and families. What is online payment center?

Online Payment Center#N#Online Payment Center#N#Student items such as lab fees, field trips, and Chromebook fees are purchased via the online payment center. Does Cheltenham School District have a power school?

Cheltenham School District uses PowerSchool as its student information system. Only parents/guardians of fifth through 12th grade students need to access PowerSchool. Families with students in grade kindergarten through fourth do not need access to PowerSchool.

Can K-4 teachers use Google Classroom?

K-4 teachers may use Google Sites and/or email and other mobile apps. Please ask your child's teacher which tool they plan to use. If your child (ren)'s teacher (s) use Canvas, families are able to sign up for an observer account to view student assignments and classroom resources.
