Parents must give a two week notice to the existing child care provider before services can be authorized to begin at a new child care program. All assigned parent fees must be paid. You will be contacted by a ChildCareGroup employee to confirm the transfer request.

Please continue to submit paperwork and any other documentation by: -Utilizing this portal to upload your documents, -Emailing paperwork and documents to your case manager, -Faxing your information to our office @ 940-723-1818, or -Dropping paperwork off in our drop box located by the front door of the child care entrance.
As of March 31, 2021, the Child Care Automated Attendance System will end. As of April 1, 2021, parents will no longer need to use an attendance card to report attendance through a POS (Point of Service) device or call in attendance using an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. CCAA Swipe cards can be disposed of and will no longer be necessary as of April 1, 2021. Child Care providers will report a child as absent when the child has 5 days of consecutive absences.

Call the number on your EBT card to activate it and establish a PIN, just like setting up a regular debit card. Your card will look like the image to the right.
If any individual ever requests your MyWIChildCare card and/or PIN information, do not provide it. Contact the Bureau of Program Integrity at DCFMBCHILDCAREFRAUD@wisconsin.gov (link sends email) to report the incident for investigation.
