Financial Assistance: Children’s Choice will not be able to offer any special pricing or discounts for child care at this time. However, New Mexico’s Early Childhood Education & Care Department is supporting families who need child care.

How do I Change my Days of registration for childrens choice?

If you need to change your days, please email welcome@childrens-choice.org by the Thursday of the week before you need the changes to be implemented. Once your registration is accepted, you will be financially responsible for the days you’ve selected, regardless of attendance.

What age can I get subsidized child care?

Our Subsidized Child Care program helps families pay for child care costs for all children under the age of 13. There is a common requirement for the subsidized child care program, which is that a family income must be within the following income eligibility limits.

STEMquest’s mission is to provide focused Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) activities to elementary and middle school students throughout California. We see STEM as an engaging path to learning life skills and developing the interpersonal qualities needed for every student’s future.

Does Choices for Children fund child care?

Choices For Children does not directly fund spaces in specific child care centers or family child care homes. A parent in the program selects the provider (Parental Choice). Our goal is to promote parental choice and to empower parents to make informed choices about child care for their children.

How to contact MyChildrens?

For help with the portal, you can fill out our support form at mychildrens.org/help or call the MyChildren’s Support Team at 617-919-4396 Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

When can parents access their child's information?

Parents will no longer have access to their child’s information once the patient turns 18. The patient cannot grant access to a parent to restore access. My child with special needs is over the age of 18.

MyChildren’s is a convenient, easy-to-use, and secure way to access your child’s health information. Using MyChildren’s, you can: view portions of your child’s health record. send secure messages to your care team. view and update your contact information. view and pay your bills online.

Can I set up a MyChildren's account?

Can I set up a MyChildren’s account? Yes, as long as you have guardianship papers on file with Boston Children’s , you can access your child’s information with your MyChildren’s account. If you have the guardianship papers, you can email the PDF documents to mychildrenssupport@childrens.harvard.edu.

Cook Children's pediatrician offices are offering video visits to help provide the quality pediatric care you expect from Cook Children's. These visits can be done from home on a phone, tablet or computer with a webcam. In preparation for a visit:

Urgent Care

Connect to Cook Children's urgent care team without leaving the comfort of your home. Cook Children's patients with a MyCookChildren's account now can video chat with one of our medical experts for non-urgent medical conditions without visiting the doctor's office.

Specialties

Cook Children's patients with a MyCookChildren's account now can access our Specialty Video Visit service to have a remote visit with their current Cook Children's specialist.
