PaySchools Central offers parents a convenient and secure way to make purchases online As we prepare for the new school year, we want to remind you that Chippewa Valley Schools has adopted PaySchools Central as an online payment resource for the parents in our district.
If you are a parent and have moved out of the district and plan to remove your student from Chippewa Valley Schools, please fill out and submit the appropriate grade-level Exit Form.
For parents that recently moved or returned to the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District and want their child (ren) to attend one of the schools in District. Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete the annual Online Registration process.

PaySchools Central accepts payments via e-check, debit card or credit card, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a safe and secure environment. The goal of utilizing PaySchools Central is to become “cash free” in our schools.
User-ID's and passwords from the “old” PaySchools system will not work in PaySchools Central.
PaySchools Central works best with Google Chrome. PaySchools Central does not work with Internet Explorer. When linking your student (s) to your account replace any apostrophes in their name with a space. Example: O’Leary will become O Leary. This works for both first and last names.
