How do I login to the CCHS Parent Portal?

** You MUST use your CCHS password (the same one you use for your CCHSRaider.net gmail account). Note: you are encouraged to bookmark the login page. The login page is also accessible from the "Login" link at the top right hand side of the home page. To log in to the Parent Portal for the first time, please follow the directions below.

How do I log in to the student portal?

To log in to the Student Portal for the first time, please follow the steps below. Go to www.centralcatholic.net/login. Enter your Username: first initial, last name and class year (ie. bsmith2024) in the Username field on the log in page. Enter your password: cchs&student ID (ie. cchs18374) in the Password field above.

How to update contact information for chspanthers?

If you would like to update any of your family’s contact information, please email corrections to renweb@chspanthers.com with details about the child (ren) to which they apply (name and grade level).

How to change email address for chspanthers?

If you need to add or change an email address, send your formal request (including a full name and grade level) to renweb@chspanthers.com. Please allow up to 24 business hours for your email address to be added.

What is FACTS Family Portal?

Family Portal is Catholic High’s school-to-home communication portal. Catholic High uses FACTS SIS as its Student Information System. The program allows us to dynamically track of student data and enables fast digital communication. Family Portal is simply the name for the home login portion for both parents and students.

Why do family members need individual user names and passwords for Family Portal?

Separate logins are absolutely necessary because parents can view family financial information and academic information for all students in a family. Students, on the other hand, have access to classroom homework drops and online testing.

What are the computer requirements for Family Portal?

This means it will work on any Internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) and plug-ins.

What do I need to set up my Family Portal account?

An email address is all you need to set up your account. Accounts are intended for individual use, NOT family use. When you register at Catholic High, you are asked to submit email addresses for each parent and student. Each individual’s email address must be unique.

Who can I contact if I cannot find the answer to my Family Portal question?

If you have already tried to troubleshoot your Family Portal issue and still need help, please email ehenry@chspanthers.com with as much detail as you can provide regarding your problem.

How to stay connected to your classmates?

Outside of your scheduled period time, visit your teachers during Virtual Office Hours or email them to check in and ask questions. While you are encouraged to stay at home and practice social distancing, reach out to your friends and classmates so you stay connected.

What is a schoology system?

Schoology (our district’s learning management system) will be the homebase for your classes. Your teachers will communicate to you in their Remote Learning Green Sheet (syllabus) which system they will use. It is possible that you may be using one system for some classes and the other system for other classes. Teachers will post assignments, resources, and grades through this system.
