How many schools are in the Citrus County School District?

Citrus County Schools is finalizing plans for the 2021-22 school year and will offer two learning options for students. Our District serves approximately 16,000 students in pre-school through grade 12 across 22 campuses.

What is the email address for citrusschools?

Schoology Guide for Students

Here is some important information to help your students navigate Schoology. We will all get though this. Let’s take a deep breath, give yourself the grace to grow and learn, and enjoy this school year. We are all in this together!

What is Classlink?

ClassLink is the district Single Sign-On (SSO) that will be used by students and staff to access digital curriculum/resource sites that are SSO capable. This eliminates the need for a user to remember multiple usernames and passwords.

How to register for family access?

Follow the procedure below to register for Family Access: 1 Prior to using Family Access, parents and guardians must fill out the Family Access Signature Form. Directions are on the form. ( The form may require the free Adobe Reader .) When completed, print out the report. Only one Family Access Signature form per family is necessary. 2 To open Family Access for all the children in the family, parents/guardians must include each child's required information on the form. 3 Either the parent or the child can return the form to the school's front office. The form can be returned to any school that any child in the family attends. 4 Once returned, the school will enable access for all of the children in that family once parent/guardian identities have been confirmed. ( Note: The initial response for Family Access requests may be quite large at the school (s). Please be patient as the activation process may take a little time.)
