How do I Register my child for school in Decatur?

If your child is currently attending one of the Decatur City Schools, you will register online this year as a "RETURNING" student. Every returning student must have a registration SNAPCODE to register online. SNAPCODEs will be sent via email beginning the week of June 21, 2021.

What is the Decatur School Board public comment period?

The board offers an opportunity for City of Decatur residents, businesses, organizations, school system employees, or students to address the board at its regular business meeting (s). The public comment period is designed to gain input from the public and not for immediate responses by the board to the public comments presented.

What information can I find in the student portal?

Users will find attendance, schedules, grades, major assessment scores, contact preferences, and other information. Older students use the Portal to make elective course requests for the following school year.
