P ortal ID's are issued for each student and are a one time code that connects the student with the tx Connect account. The portal ID must be entered into the tx Connect parent portal account by the user in order to see any student information.
Each student should receive a parent portal letter (either sent home in a school folder or mailed home). The letter contains a unique parent portal ID for their child along with specific directions for registering.

Having a Ascender Parent Portal account will allow you to set alerts to grades and attendance, get a PDF version of report cards and progress reports, and complete district registration forms. Instructions are available below on how to create a new Ascender account if you do not already have one.
I’ve tried several times to enroll but I never received a response What we are finding is some services, especially Yahoo and Yahoo based email platforms such as sbcglobal and att.net addresses, are prone to identifying our enrollment notification messages as SPAM.
