Access to your child's grades and attendance through iParent/Rankbook is being provided to you as a means of enhancing communication between parents, teachers, students and administrators. It is not meant to be a replacement or substitute for telephone conversations, parent/teacher meetings or any other direct interaction with the District. It is intended to serve as a tool to help all of us in our efforts to support your child's education. Please read these guidelines carefully and abide by them.
Even though you will be able to check grades 24 hours a day/7 days a week, teachers will be expected to update their gradebooks at 10 school-day intervals after the completion of a test, quiz, or homework assignment. Longer assessments/projects will be updated in a 15 school-day interval.
If you forget your username and/or password, you will be required to fill out a written request for the school . Forms can be obtained in the office or downloaded from the school website.
Attendance concerns should be addressed by calling the school office at (978) 365-4208. Attendance is accurate up to the close of the previous school day.
If a user of the system identifies a security problem with iParent, they will notify the District immediately.
The district accepts no responsibility in the event the username and password is shared, given, stolen, or in any other way, becomes the possession of a person other than the parent/guardian.
