How do I get help with Parent Portal support?

Please print and take to the school’s office with a photo ID. While our email support account is under maintenance, please call the Parent Portal Support hotline at 803-810-8052 for assistance. We cannot assist with resetting passwords, your internet connection or hardware problems on your home or work computer.

Where can I get help with the campus parent account?

If you need help please contact 112Chromehelp@District112.org Important notice to new users: You will activate your Campus Parent account by entering the Activation Key sent to you by the school district.
