When will Clover School District be eLearning?

Clover School District will be eLearning on Thursday, March 18, 2021. In anticipation of severe weather and unsafe travel conditions, Clover School District will shift to eLearning for Thursday, March 18, 2021. Students should look for communication from their teachers about assignments for the day. Comments (-1)

When is CSD 2021?

The only change is the professional development day that was originally scheduled on Friday, February 18, 2022 will now be on Monday, October 18 , 2021. February 18 will be a regular school day for staff and students.

Does Clover School District have a mask mandate?

After holding discussions with the Board of Trustees, district legal counsel, and district administrators about the scope of the court’s decision, Clover School District will not implement a mask mandate at this time. The district will comply with all IEP and 504 requirements to provide reasonable accommodations and ensure students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education.

When Clover High School takes the court on Friday night against Fort Mill it will have a familiar albeit different look as the Blue Eagles will pay homage to Roosevelt High School in the regular season finale against the Yellow Jackets.

UPDATED: CSD to Offer Three COVID-19 Testing Locations

Clover School District is expanding to three locations across the district for free COVID-19 testing. Starting on Monday, December 6, 2021, the following locations will be available for students and staff to test for COVID-19.

2022-2023 Pre-K and Kindergarten New Student Registration

Any student entering the Clover School District for the first time or from another school district should register as a "New Student."

2022-2023 Pre-K and Kindergarten Returning Student Registration

Any student enrolled in the Clover School District pre-kindergarten program for the 2021-2022 school year should register as a "Returning Student." Snapcodes are provided directly from the student's school.

2021-22 New Student Registration

Any student entering the Clover School District from a different district should register as a "New Student."

2021-22 Returning Student Registration

Any student enrolled in the Clover School District to end the 2020-2021 school year should register as a "Returning Student." Snapcodes are provided directly from the student's school.

What happens if my grades are not posted on the Parent Portal?

The grades and assignments are pulled from the Parent Portal. If your child's grades are not posted in the portal, then they won't be on the app at this time. Examples of these include students who receive standards based report cards.

How to see your grades in school?

If you don't know your information you can contact your school's main office. Once you are logged in you will see your child's picture displayed. Click on your child's picture. To view grades click on "Classes". You will see the grades on the right hand side.

Does PowerSchool show grades?

The grades and assignments are pulled from the PowerSchool. If you child's grades do not display in PowerSchool they will not show on the app either. For example, PK-2nd grade students who have standards-based report cards will not have grades appear in the app. Select the Student Info icon.

PowerSchool Helpful Hint #1 - When signing on to the PowerSchool parent portal, keep in mind that everything you see in BLUE is a link to another page. Example- The teacher's name is listed below the course, it appears in blue, so if you click on it, it will send you to your email and you can email the teacher.
