What types of challenges does the program address?
Parents with existing Campus Parent Portal account can click on the Campus Portal at the bottom of the screen. New students need to use their 7-digit Student Number and password from their current school. Returning students can use their existing 7-digit Student Number and password.
Parents/guardians will be sent a User ID and Access Password which is needed to create their account on the portal. It is the responsibility of the parent to keep this information confidential and not share it with anyone, including their student.
To access Parent Portal for the first time, you will need to create a username and password by visiting the Parent Portal Account Sign-up website. Parent Portal Account Sign-up You will be asked to verify your email address and provide information to verify your identity.

The input of grades by teachers will be timely but not immediate. The school system expects grades to be entered within a week unless notification is made previously by the teacher.
The school system will only share parent portal information with parents and legal guardians.

To change a local password, simply click on the . Account. sub tab, enter the existing password, then the new desired password (twice).
The preferred browser for SchoolTool is Internet Explorer, but you can also use Safari. SchoolTool will work no matter connection you use (e.g., dial up, DSL, cable)
SchoolTool is a web-based application. This means it can be accessed from any Internet connection anywhere in the world if you know your URL. This also means that if there is no Internet connection, you cannot access SchoolTool.
3. Once you have logged in successfully you will see the main Home screen, which generally includes 3 tabs: Students, Campus, and Account. Additional tabs may be available depending on district settings.
In many lists, column headings may be used to reorder the list. Click once on a column heading and the list will sort in ascending order, using the data in that column. Click again and the data sorts in descending order. If a column heading can be sorted, your mouse pointer will become a hand when held over the column heading, which indicates that the column can be sorted.

You will need to retrieve an activation code before you can create a username and password. Visit the Infinite Campus Portaland click on DCSD Portal Account Activation. You will be prompted to enter the 7-digit DCSD student number, student 9-digit social security number, and student date of birth. Once this information is entered, click Submit.
To retrieve your Username and/or Password, go to the Infinite Campus Portaland click on the Forgot Password link.
Enter the DeKalb 7-digit Student Number, Student SSN and, Student Date of Birth.

Yes, there is a mobile app available for parents and students. See download instructions by clicking on the mobile app tab above. To use the Campus Student or Campus Parent Apps, mobile devices must be on an Android version of 4.4 or later. iOS devices must be on a version of 9.0 or later.
Parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records can register for a Campus Portal account.
