What is mycornellhealth and how do I login?

myCornellHealth is a web portal designed to facilitate confidential communication between Cornell Health and our patients and clients. (NOTE: myCornellHealth is not used by Cornell Health’s Occupational Medicine department.) Your will be asked to enter your Cornell NetID and password, and your birthday.

How to add other users to Cashnet?

Once you have logged in, you can invite other users/payers to Cashnet by selecting your name from the top-left, above the menu, and selecting Send a payer invitation in the Payers section. Enter the payer's first and last name, email address, and set their access to see your billing statements and tax forms.

What does Cornell University's Cashnet email mean?

Once the student invites you, you will receive an email with the subject “Your Student has created an account for you at Cornell University’s Cashnet.” The email will contain your payer ID (user name) and a temporary password and the link you will use to sign in and create your own password.

Can you add your parents to your Cashnet account?

Students! Adding your parents or other payers to your Cashnet account grants them permission to pay your bills on your behalf and to view and ask detailed questions about your bursar and CornellCard accounts.

Does Cashnet send email to other payers?

After you add the payer, Cashnet will send an email to the other payer to sign up with their Other User/Payer ID (user name), a temporary password, and a link to the site. Other users/payers (including parents) can then enter their own payment account information. Students!

What is Cornell's new student checklist?

The new student checklist will detail next steps for your student as they complete their plans to enroll at Cornell this fall. The checklist will prompt them to sign up for housing and dining, complete required forms, and keep them on track to prepare for the fall.
