What information can parents/guardians see in the portal?

Each parent/guardian Portal account provides access to information for those students for which the parent/guardian has legal rights to records. The Campus Portal incorporates the highest level of security. Parents/guardians can see only information related to the students they are authorized to view.

Where is countryside Academy located?

We are located in Berrien County, three miles from Benton Harbor on a 98 acre site with a greenhouse, woods, ponds, stream and gardens. Countryside Academy's Early Learning Center at Millburg for Young 5s - 1st Grades sits on 8 acres. We utilize FARE (Food, Agriculture, Renewable Resources, and Environment) activities throughout the district.

Is the new countryside sideline store open?

New Countryside Sideline Store is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! For a limited time, get a HUGE discount on our customizable CSIDE products! Families will now be able to watch our sporting events live from their homes or mobile devices. In addition, all tickets sales will be conducted online.

How to set up a PowerSchool account for family?

To set-up your family account, go to the PowerSchool log-in screen. 1. Click the "Create Account" tab. 2. Enter your information. 3. Enter the access ID and password for each student you wish to link (That information is in the letter you received with demographic sheets and student assignments this summer .

Do you need to enter IDs and passwords for your student account?

You only need to enter IDs and passwords for additional students you wish to link to your original account. From that point on, you will only have to remember the unique user name and password you created for your account to see the entire family.

Today, all K12 school districts use a database system for managing student information and maintaining student records.

Campus Portal

The Campus Portal provides students and guardians with real-time access to their information as it is entered by teachers, counselors and staff. It is also accessible from any Apple iOS and Android device. The Campus Portal reduces printing and mailing costs and minimizes lost school-to-home communications.

Security

Only parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records may receive a Campus Portal account. Each parent/guardian with such rights receives their own separate account. Accounts are NOT shared among more than one parent/guardian within households, i.e., there are no "household" accounts in the Portal.
