How do I add another student to the parent portal?

After creating your account and logging in to the portal, click on Today in the left menu, then use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select your other student (s). If you have questions or are unable to activate Parent Portal, please contact your child's school for assistance.

How to add guest user in a student?

The student adds a Guest User using the Manage Guests link under Student Records in the Student Center and selects the user permissions and saves .   The next day, the Guest User will receive an email with instructions how to create an account.   The student will receive an email notifying them that a guest user was added and the access authorized.

What is a guest user account?

Students can create an online Guest User account for parents, guardians, and third parties granting access to their student financial and academic information. Access may include student account balances, class schedule, financial aid, and application status.

To access Parent Portal for the first time, you will need to create a username and password by visiting the Parent Portal Account Sign-up website. Parent Portal Account Sign-up You will be asked to verify your email address and provide information to verify your identity.

Does the school system share parent portal information?

The school system will only share parent portal information with parents and legal guardians.
