How do I access the Caldwell County school system Parent Portal?

The Caldwell County School System is pleased to offer parents/guardians electronic web access to their student's information through the HomeBase™ Parent Portal. By using this system, you will use the Internet to log in to the school server and access your student's attendance, grades, assignments, and other information.

This portal gives parents and students access to real-time student data. Each parent/guardian must create an account with a user name and password to get access to their child's information. Please keep your username and password confidential so only you can access your Parent/Guardian account.

You must obtain your student's access ID and password codes from the attending school to complete this process. When is the 2021 physical exam due?

The physical exam form must be completed and dated on or after April 1, 2021 of this school year to be valid for the spring, summer and next school year. The deadline is March 19, 2021. The traffic route in the afternoon has not changed, but there is a new safety measure.

Unfinished Instruction Support Plan

As a result of the pandemic, students need more support to master grade-level standards than in previous years. CMS has crafted a plan that ensures that students consistently receive grade-level materials, tasks, and assignments, and have appropriate support to help them demonstrate success.

Grading Plan

The new CMS K-12 Grading Plan allows for students to receive specific feedback for continuous growth, academically and socially-emotionally, ensuring all students are set up to be independent and successful learners.
