Birth Certificates/Immunizations/sixth-grade physicals should be turned in to the front office within the first two weeks of school. Sports physicals— do not come to the front office. Give those directly to your child's coach.

Parents must present identification every time they come into the building to visit or pick up their child. No exceptions! Bus notes: If your child wants to ride a bus with a friend after school, both students must have a signed note from their parent that includes a phone number as well as the bus number.
