Parents of all students enrolled in Lloyd Harbor and West Side will have access to daily attendance and CSH report cards. Additionally, parents of students in grades 4 through 6 will have access to the New York State Education Department assessment parent reports for the previous year. Will I still get paper copies of these documents?
Parents of students enrolled in the Junior/Senior High will have online access to student schedules, attendance, New York State Education Department assessment parent reports, CSH progress reports and report cards for grades 7 through 12, and unofficial transcripts for grades 9 through 12.
Daily updates to the schedules will be posted to the portal during the first two weeks of school. Report Cards and Progress Reports (Junior/Senior High): No, these documents will only be accessible via the portal.
The portal uses high-level encryption and is hosted on a Secure Network Operation Center which is professionally monitored around the clock. Additionally, the data is a snapshot that is extracted periodically from the district’s “live” student information system, therefore permanent records could not be altered in any way.
In 1801, our founder had a revolutionary idea: to educate and empower young women. Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat's vision of educational excellence continues to inspire us today.
We instill critical skills- analytical thinking and creativity, leadership and ethical judgement- needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We teach students to look beyond themselves for ways they can impact and influence the larger community.
We offer students life-changing experiences across the globe through our International Network of Sacred Heart Schools.
We are a remarkable community where everyone knows and appreciates who you are. Each student is encouraged to take risks and discover what she is capable of achieving.
At Sacred Heart I learned how to think, not what to think. I was encouraged from a young age to articulate my own thoughts and stand up for what I believe in.

Care Solace may also be accessed by: Calling (888) 515-0595 to speak with someone from the Care Solace Concierge team.
Schoology (our district’s learning management system) will be the homebase for your classes. Your teachers will communicate to you in their Remote Learning Green Sheet (syllabus) which system they will use. It is possible that you may be using one system for some classes and the other system for other classes.
Support your student by setting up a routine together and allowing for variation on how and when your student works. Monitor their stress level, participation in class check-ins, and ability to complete assignments.
Care Solace is not an emergency response service or mental health services provider. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest hospital emergency room if you can get there safely.
