How are athletes grouped in the gym?

Athletes are grouped according to gymnastics skill level. Please be sure to fill this information in on your registration form.

What if we have 3 athletes coming to the camp? Can they be put in the same room?

Each dorm room has 2 beds. In the event an odd number of athletes want to room together, we are permitted to request a cot in the room to accommodate a third person. No overnight camps in 2021.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason including injuries and illness: 100% refund (less $50) with written notification before May 30, 2021 75% refund (less $50) with written notification May 31 - June 5, 2021 50% refund (less $50) with written notification June 6 – 11, 2021 NO REFUNDS after June 12, 2021 except in the case of serious injury or illness..

What if my child needs medication during camp?

Our Athletic Trainer is responsible for holding and distributing camper’s prescription medication. The medication MUST be in its original packaging containing the name of the patient. Our first aid providers are NOT allowed to distribute non-prescription medication, such as aspirin or ibuprofen.

Are parents allowed to watch?

Parents/ Guardians are not permitted inside the gym but may observe camp from hallway by gym. All observers must abide by all ISU building policies.

Do you allow club coaches to come to camp?

Like parents, club coaches are welcome to come and observe, but we do not allow persons who are not affiliated with the camp on the floor to coach.
