How do I Register my child for school in District 49?

District 49’s Central Registration office at the Creekside Success Center is open by appointment (preferred) or walk-ins on a limited basis. However, we are encouraging everyone to register their children online. Please read the instructions on the Get Registered webpage, and then click the Online Registration link at the bottom of that page.

ESSENTIAL PARENT HOW-TO'S

In many instances, more than one parent or guardian needs to be in the loop with a child's sports life. Using the mobile app, you can add additional guardians to an account. Guardians can 1) View games and events 2) RSVP to games and events 3) Send and receive messages to coaches and team members 4) participate in team chat

When is District 49 registration open?

Starting on Monday June 22, 2020 the District 49 central registration office at the Creekside Success Center is open by appointment only. However, due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are encouraging everyone to register their children online.

Who is the military transition coordinator for District 49?

We are happy to have Alex Malone as District 49's Military Student Transition Coordinator (MSTC). The MSTC will be available to assist you with the transition process and any questions you may have about this.

Can I scan multiple pages of my immunization record?

If you have a multiple page proof of residency (housing contract or lease or rental agreement) or a multiple page immunization record, you will need access to a scanner that will scan multiple pages into one file or a phone app that will allow multiple pictures to be combined into one file.
