After you log in, "Parent Pins" is located in the lower left-hand corner of the Transact Pay page. Click on "Add New.". Enter the information into the web form. An email will be sent to your parent with login name and temporary password.
This is a one-time password that you will need to reset to something that you will remember. Your student is the only one who can reset your password. Remember that the student must set up the login name and temporary password for the parent or guardian. The University cannot set up a parent PIN.
The University of Dallas offers several payment methods to students and parents: Before parents or guardians can access or manage their student's account the student must create a Parent PIN which enables them to log into Transact Pay.
