Parent Portal is a secure web site that you can use to track your child’s progress in school. The goal of the Parent Portal is to create a better partnership and dialogue between parents and teachers.

You can receive a Campus Portal activation key from your child’s school office. The activation key can only be sent to a verified email on file with your child’s student record. Using this activation key and the Parent Portal Access Instructions, you will create a username and password.
This year, Re-enrollment Contracts are on our new DWS Online Portal. Linked to the right are two emails with instructions on activating your Blackbaud account and signing contracts.

This form is needed for field trip chaperones and classroom volunteering . A new form must be turned into the office every school year.
Aftercare is available Monday through Friday on a contracted or drop-in basis (as space allows) until 5:30 p.m. The purpose of our Aftercare programs is to provide a supportive continuation of the school day in a familiar and secure environment. To sign up for Aftercare in advance, please submit an Aftercare Contract to the office.
Vacation Care is offered on a limited basis during times when the school is closed. There is a minimum enrollment requirement for the program. If less than four children are signed up for the program on any given day, that day will be cancelled.
Hot Lunch is offered four days a week (M,T, W, Th). This year our 7th and 8th grade classes will be offering four hot lunch options as fundraisers for their 8th grade trips. The forms available below are for the months of January, February, March, April, May and June.
In previous years, we have offered a variety of different after school electives throughout the year. Due to health and safety concerns, After School Electives for the 21-22 school year have been paused.
