Please continue to submit paperwork and any other documentation by: -Utilizing this portal to upload your documents, -Emailing paperwork and documents to your case manager, -Faxing your information to our office @ 940-723-1818, or -Dropping paperwork off in our drop box located by the front door of the child care entrance.
Workforce Solutions North Texas Board is imposing a two-week waiting period before a client is allowed to transfer from one child care provider to another. This policy better aligns with common private-pay practices, and allows for the client to have enough advance notice of the prorated PSOC amount and ample time to pay the provider. During the waiting period, the child’s referral at the original provider shall continue unless the parent requests a suspension.
To apply for SIR Child Care Assistance, please complete the SIR Application below. Then submit the completed application, proof of citizenship for the children and proof that you are employed in a service industry referenced above to us through this portal by uploading the documentation below.
Child care terminations will still occur when a child has eight provider reports.
Child Care providers will report a child as absent when the child has 5 days of consecutive absences.
As of April 1, 2021, parents will no longer need to use an attendance card to report attendance through a POS (Point of Service) device or call in attendance using an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.
