How do I access the child care provider portal (CCPP)?

Please follow the instructions below to obtain access to the Child Care Provider Portal (CCPP). You must have a DWD/Wisconsin Login and password. If you have not yet created a DWD/Wisconsin Login, you will need to do so now.

How do I log in to the parent portal?

You (parents) can log in to the Parent Portal using your ACCESS account user ID and password . The Parent Portal is updated immediately when changes are made to an authorization, so your information is always current. Confirm the correct provider and location is listed.

About the MyWIChildCare EBT Card

Call the number on your EBT card to activate it and establish a PIN, just like setting up a regular debit card. Your card will look like the image to the right.

For Parents with Potentially Compromised MyWIChildCare EBT Cards

If any individual ever requests your MyWIChildCare card and/or PIN information, do not provide it. Contact the Bureau of Program Integrity at DCFMBCHILDCAREFRAUD@wisconsin.gov (link sends email) to report the incident for investigation.
