Children are eligible for kindergarten if they will be five years of age on or before September 30, 2021. The actual screening of incoming students will take place during the week of April 12-15 with a makeup screening on Monday, May 17.
Defiance Elementary does not allow teacher requests. We do, however, allow parents to exempt an individual teacher you feel your child would not do well with. If you feel you need to exempt your child from a particular teacher, please use the form below.
