For those wanting to start swimming, we offer swimming lessons for all age groups from 3 years old through to Adults.
If you would like to enrol your child or yourself for swimming lessons, you can go to your preferred leisure centre to register. If there are no spaces available you will be able to join our waiting list and will be contacted immediately when a space becomes available.
RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme gives your child the skills they need to be confident in the pool or the sea – which means peace of mind for you. With colourful materials and fun, varied activities, the Rookie Lifeguard scheme teaches children how to swim and enjoy water safely, whether in shallow or deeper water.
Under 16s have access to one free family swim session per week, per site. These sessions are highlighted on our time table with the description (Family Swim – Under 16 Free). Additional free sessions are also available during selected school holidays.
