How do I access the Student/Parent Portal?

If you are already a student, parent or guardian, and have an Infinite Campus account, you may access the system by simply clicking on the icon to the right or visiting your school’s web site. What can I do through the schoolcash portal?

Through the portal you can view your child's homeroom assignment, attendance history and grades. You can also set up SchoolCash and SchoolMessenger accounts through the portal. It appears you are trying to access this site using an outdated browser. As a result, parts of the site may not function properly for you.

How do I update my phone number in the parent portal?

Log into your parent portal account and select “Household Information” from the index to update your household phone number or address. Select “Family Members” to update contact phone numbers for any members in your household. Select “Contact Preferences” to change the types of messages you receive from your student’s building (s).

How do I access the Dess/DESC uniform shop?

In accordance with KHDA protocols, please note that to access the DESS/DESC uniform shop the Al Hosn App must be shown at the Security Gate with proof of double vaccination. If you have only had a single vaccination or are unvaccinated, a negative PCR test is required within 48 hours of accessing the site.

What time is DESC registration?

Sunday to Wednesday – 7:30am to 3:00pm. Thursday – 7:30am to 1:15pm. Registration is at 7:35am every morning. Uniform. At DESC, uniform is a very important part of school life as we believe that it gives our young people a sense of belonging to the DESC community, a focus for the school day ahead and an overall sense of pride.

How to Log On

Your initial log-in information for the Parent Portal will come via email. If you haven’t received your username and password, please reach out to your school’s registrar to make sure they have your correct email address and have granted you Parent Portal access in the system.

Who can request a parent portal account?

Parent/Guardian who has been designated as having legal rights to their children may request a parent portal account. Each parent / guardian will have their own unique account that can be used to gain access to student records that they have legal rights to.

Do parents have to have their own account?

All parents are strongly encouraged to setup their own account. Only a parent account has the privilege to update household information as well as the ability to view all children in a household from a single place. Parents also have the added benefit of receiving district and school wide announcements.
