The Board of Education of School District 69 (Qualicum) wishes to advise that the administration offices of School District No. 69 (Qualicum), located in the Parksville Civic & Technology Centre at 100 Jensen Avenue East, will be closed to the public over the Spring Break period from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 25, 2022 (inclusive).

2022-23 School Year Registration Information

Registration for the 2022-23 School Year for new students begins on January 20, 2022. The District will be hosting a number of in-person registration events to help families complete the registration process.

How old does my child need to be to attend Kindergarten?

Kindergarten is open to all District 69 students that will be age 5 by September 1, 2022 If your child is not old enough to attend Kindergarten but will be ages 3 or 4 by September 1, 2022, we encourage you to register your child for District 69’s preschool program, detailed below.

If your child attended preschool in District 69 last year, you DO NOT need to make a registration appointment. Online registration for returning preschool families will be available on March 1. Returning Student Registration

Registration for students that are currently enrolled in District 69 will begin in early March. If you have any questions prior to the registration period opening, please contact your school's office.

Portal Information

Infinite Campus is the Parent & Student Portal for District 69 families. Parents can use Infinite Campus to monitor student attendance, check grades and pay for fees. As part of the CFC agreement with District 219, District 69 student data is in a shared database with D219.
