Step One

Apply online through the Elementary EAPrep Enrollment Application or Secondary Enrollment Application visit either campus to submit an interest application in person.

Step Two

Once your student's Enrollment Interest Application has been received, a representative from EAPrep will call you to request a disciplinary report from your student's current school. Parents are welcome to bring this disciplinary report with them, if submitting an Enrollment Interest Application in person, as this will expedite the enrollment decision process. We do not request disciplinary reports from students entering school for the first time..

Step Three

Both the completed Enrollment Interest Application and the disciplinary report will be reviewed by an EAPrep designee who, in most cases, is the principal of the respective campus. Once the Enrollment Interest Application has been reviewed, a representative from EAPrep will call to inform you if your student's application has been approved. If your student is accepted, you will need to pick up a school Registration Packet along with a checklist indicating which documents you will need to submit to EAPrep.

Step Four

The documents required from an accepted student include the following: - Proof of Age (birth certificate, birth statement, report card, baptismal record) - Immunization record - Last issued report card - Parent/Legal Guardian Driver's License or Identification Card (ID) - Parent/Legal Guardian Utility Bill Copies will be made of each of the documents provided once the school Registration Packet is completed.

Step Five

EAPrep will provide a school bus schedule, school supply list and bell schedule as well as information that pertains to the Back to School Fair or any other orientation that may be required of new families entering EAPrep.
