To ensure that you receive emails sent from school via Edulink One, please add edulink@thekingstonacademy.org to your safe senders list in your email software. All parents/carers with parental responsibility will have an account. This setup information will be sent to the email address that we have on record for you.
It's literally a Command Central for all district communications. Included are many groundbreaking features such as surveys, media sharing, automated language translation, collaboration tools, among many others. Best part is, it takes advantage of Edulink's data integration ensuring that class rosters and contact information are always up-to-date.
Parents will receive their username via the email address we have registered in school, along with a link to set or reset their password in order to gain access to EduLink One.
To view attendance, learners or parents must log in to the Edulink One app or website and locate the Attendance icon. For parents and learners to access the Attendance icon, the Attendance tab in the administration settings must be configured.

There are no hidden setup, support or per user costs with Edulink One. The price you pay includes everything, including support, upgrades and new functionality we add to the software. You choose which elements you want to roll out for your school and how/when you roll them out.
The EduLink app is available to download for free on Apple or on Android. Requires iOS 8.0 or later.
The two main ways to use Edulink One are through a web browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Alterna vely you can download an app to use on your mobile device . The Mobile App for Edulink One is available for iOS and Android Devices.
USERNAME Usernames are displayed in the year group roll call area. Your password is EITHER the same as your username (for most year groups) OR Thursday (if you are in Y7). We advise you not to change your password. Sometimes Educake will also ask you to enter your surname.
Your eduPay login credentials are the same as your EduMail UserID and Password. if you can access EduMail you can access eduPay.

Click on the Messages icon at the bottom of your Edulink One homepage. To type a new message, select the New Message button above your reading pane.
EduLink One provides an integrated school information platform which draws together a range of existing schools systems with an engaging user interface allowing you to communicate and access information in one place.
Log in to Edulink One using the app or website, and locate the Registers icon on the homepage. In the register, select the class you would like to create a seating plan for and click on it. Once the register window opens, select the Seating Plan tab in the top left corner of the pane.
The default option is to pre-select all the teachers, you can see this below as each teacher has a green tick beside. This means if you send a message now, it would go to all of the selected teachers.
They must log in to Edulink One and click on the Absences icon to open the absences window. Within the absences window, there are two tabs: Absences, detailing the unauthorised absences recorded by teachers in lessons; and Registers, outlining the registers that are overdue.

EduLink is part of our parent notification system for snow day notifications, attendance calls, building updates, and other messages. Log into the EduLink Parent Portal site to select your preferred contact method. Your login is the same as your MiStar ParentPortal PIN and password.
MISTAR ParentConnection is a web application that provides parents with direct access to student data via the Internet. Using a confidential PIN (personal identification number) and password, parents can connect to the school district’s student database using a web browser and view their child’s data, such as progress reports, attendance records, report cards, transcripts, and more.
Once the parent account has been set up, it can be accessed by going to www.schoology.com. Enter the email address and password used to set up the parent account. It must be an email address, not a username.
ClassLink. ClassLink is used by students to access everything they need to learn, anywhere, with just one password. Students access Schoology online learning platform from the ClassLink dashboard. (Only students use ClassLink) ClassLink.
Google Apps for Education is a web based portal for students to access their district email account and Google Apps account. Students can log into the system using their network ID/password.
