How do I access the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

PowerSchool Parent Portal is a vital tool for parents that gives access to important student information such as report cards, school fees, attendance, bus stop information, etc. Please contact the school to set up your account, if you do not have one already! When can I Register my child for kindergarten in EICS?

EICS offers a number of programs for prospective students. Children who are five years old on or before December 31, 2021, can be registered for Kindergarten. Kindergarten Registration in EICS opens up online on Monday, February 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year. Click here for more information

When do you register for 2021-2022 school year?

Students in Grades 1 to 12 are welcome to register for their designated schools for the 2021-2022 school year beginning February 1, 2021. Prior to registering, please check your child's zoned/designated school by looking at the boundary maps for your community. Click here to review the boundary maps for each of the schools.

How to see your graduation hat on PowerSchool?

These forms can be completed using the following steps: 1) Log into PowerSchool at the website https://powerschool.eics.ab.ca. 2) Click "SchoolEngage" on the left hand side. 3) Click the graduation hat icon to see a list of your students.

Do parents have to complete a demographic confirmation form?

Every year, parents of students who are already attending EICS and who are returning the following year are asked to complete a Demographic Confirmation/Update Form. These forms are necessary in order to secure funding for your child's education.
