How do I add my child to the PowerSchool public portal?

This can be done by logging into the Powerschool Public Portal, clicking “Students” and adding your child using the Net Access ID and Password provided by your school. If you do not have the Net Access ID and Password, please contact the school office, and we will be happy to provide that to you.

When are Powerschool fees due?

Please note that school fees are due by October 16, 2020 Please log in to your Powerschool Parent Account to pay for fees online. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact the school office at 780-467-3633

EICS offers several division-wide technology resources which allow parents to access information (such as grades and communications) related to their children, as well as submit information such as forms and fee payments to their schools. Submitting Demographic Confirmation Forms

Submitting Yearly Consent Forms

Each year, parents are required to review various consent forms and submit their responses. This consent is required in order for students to have access to EICS technology resources, participate in field trips, and (when applicable) be allowed access to a personal locker.
