How do I complete the EIM/ESM user and organization management template?

The EIM/ESM User request form and Organization Management Template should be completed by an Access Administrator and e-mailed to the e-mail address on the form as an Excel document.

How do EIM/ESM providers register their organization with the virtual gateway?

In addition to registering their organization with the Virtual Gateway, EIM/ESM providers must also complete the following forms: To add or update an Existing Virtual Gateway Access Administrator, organizations need to submit their information using the online Virtual Gateway Organization Management webpage.

New Virtual Gateway Providers

New Virtual Gateway providers going live with contracts on EIM/ESM for the first time need to submit their organization information using the online Virtual Gateway Organization Management webpage. This information must be completed and submitted online by an Authorized Representative for your organization.

Existing Virtual Gateway Providers

To add or update an Existing Virtual Gateway Access Administrator, organizations need to submit their information using the online Virtual Gateway Organization Management webpage. This information must be completed and submitted online by an Authorized Representative for your organization.

The Parent Portal has been designed to improve parents-school communication to allow parents to take a more informed view of their children's progress at school.

Academic Progress

Parents are able to view their child's academic progress in real-time. These include coursework marks, mini-tests, final exams as well as overall attainment.

Notes System

Parents are informed of behavioural issues as well as positive achievements. Teachers and staff can post notes which are accessible via the Parent Portal.

Time-keeping

Attendance can be monitored in real-time. Parents also have access to their child's timetables, allowing them to prepare their child's day with ease.

Real time Updates

The Parent Portal pulls information directly from the school's Admin System in real time so parents are informed as soon as events happen.
