The form must be signed by the student; not the parent. The authorization form may be picked up from the Registrar's Office. To be compliant with federal privacy regulation, we are not able to accept a completed authorization form if it is mailed, returned by anyone other than the student, or is not signed by the student.

In accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), only the student can approve guest access. This access can be revoked by the student at any time. While the Registrar's Office is happy to answer questions regarding Web-4-Parent, in keeping with federal privacy law, we cannot discuss any academic information over the phone.
