The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region (ELC) is a private not-for-profit organization that provides services to families, children, and child care providers in the seven counties that comprise northern Florida’s Big Bend Region: Gadsden, u0003Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla.

How do I get help with the parent portal?

If you are a current parent of the school and require help accessing the portal please contact the appropriate campus.

How do I apply for ELCL services?

You may apply online 24/7 for our services at www.elcslc.org. During our closure, if you have a childcare emergency and need to search for a Provider, visit www.myflfamilies.com . To report child abuse or neglect, call 1-800-96-ABUSE or call 211 for family emergency assistance.

What is the hot line for a child?

The Warm-Line helps families with concerns about your child’s growth or development, your child’s behavior, classroom accommodations and intervention strategies as well as referrals to other agencies. Call the Warm-Line at 786-433-3095 and an Inclusion Specialist will contact you to discuss your concerns and determine next steps.
