Families who are new to ELC Broward early learning programs and wish to register their children can create an account to access eligibility determination services, community resources, and apply for VPK and School Readiness through the State of Florida Office of Early Learning Family Portal.
Effective July 1, 2018 the eligibility determination services previously provided by the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County - Family Upload Utility are now provided at the Florida Office of Early Learning Family Portal. Click here if you are an eligible referring agency trying to submit or update a child care authorization form.

At the Early Learning Centers of Broward, we are committed to providing the clearest lines of communication between parents and staff. Our teaching team will provide you with daily reports on your child’s activities and achievements.
Pre-school: Early Learning Centers of Broward operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. for infants through pre-K.
Broward County regulations require ELC students and daycare participants to provide up-to-date immunization records, a tuberculosis screening certificate and a physician’s note indicating that the child is physically fit to attend school.
A $99 registration fee is due each year on the anniversary date of your enrollment date. Tuition payments must be made in advance by the Monday of the week in which care is to be provided. Tuition rates vary by age. Please call or visit any of our four Centers for more information.
Students should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes designed for active play.

The Grievance Request Form is used to file a grievance of an adverse action taken by the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Broward County regarding your childcare services and must be submitted within 14 days of notification of adverse determination.
