What is elite heat?

Elite Heat is Sandersville's premier athletic training facility specializing in recreational and competitive Gymnastics and Cheerleading. Tumbling Classes and Dance are also available. Elite Heat offers Gymnastics, Cheer, Dance and weekly after-school care called Hot Shots.
