What age is the Olympic gymnastics club?

The Club offers a range of gymnastics programs for boys ages 7 and up. The focus is on strength, coordination, flexibility and agility in initial skills development within the Men's Olympic gymnastics events framework. The include events such as Rings, High Bars, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Vaults and floor excercies.

What age do girls start gymnastics?

Our Girls Gymnastics programs are carefully designed for, and supportive of, girls from age 7 and up. Children will develop and perfect basic gymnastics skills as they gain strength, flexibility, coordination and agility. Supervised skill testing enable girls to advance to successive levels of skill acquisition and performance.

What age is our baby gym?

Looking for a fun activity to do with your infant? Our Baby Gym is a play-group for children 6 months– 24 months old. Children explore and socialize in a fun and active setting while developing strength, balance and coordination.
