What is Elms and how does it work?

The Early Learning Management System (ELMS) is a web-based database built to support the ECEAP Performance Standards and collect information for monitoring and reporting. Each ECEAP Contractor has one or more trained ELMS Administrators who grant access for staff who need to view to enter into ELMS.

The Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to be kept informed of their child’s school life as well as offering an excellent communication platform. Please be advised all letters to parents will appear on the Parent Portal only and not on the website.
